Dr. Serena Fiacco, DPT, DHS, ACS
Dr. Fiacco is a licensed physical therapist and board certified sexuality specialist. She holds a Doctorate degree in physical therapy from the University of Washington and a Doctorate degree in human sexuality from the Institute for the Advanced Study of Human Sexuality. Dr. Fiacco specializes in the treatment of pelvic floor and sexual health conditions. Her practice encompasses an integrative style of evaluation and treatment techniques such as joint mobilization, massage, exercise and evaluation of functional motion, movement education, sexual health education and talk therapy, and exercises for body awareness through breath, movement, or meditative type activities.
In addition to Dr. Fiacco's clinical practice, she teaches sexual health courses to the community and university groups.
Kathe Wallace, PT, BCB-PMD
Kathe Wallace has practiced physical therapy since 1976, focusing on pelvic floor rehabilitation since 1988. As a nationally recognized leader in the pelvic floor specialty of physical therapy, she evaluates and treats many types of conditions referred to her by medical specialists in orthopedics, physical medicine and rehabilitation, urology, gynecology, gastroenterology and colorectal surgery.
She have served as the Washington state representative for the Section on Women's Health of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). In 2006, she was honored to receive the state physical therapy association (PTWA) Clinical Excellence Award.
Since 1990, Kathe has been involved in the national and international training of professionals interested in evaluation and treatment of the lumbopelvic girdle and pelvic floor muscle problems. More information available here.
Ryan Simmons, DPT
With over a decade of health care experience in a wide range of settings, Dr. Ryan Simmons is uniquely positioned as a truly integrative clinician. She holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, along with, having practiced as an independent Massage Therapist in Chicago. While much of Ryan’s career has been spent treating typical orthopedic conditions, she has always had a particular clinical interest in Women’s Health, Male Pelvic Pain, and Medical Therapeutic Yoga. Her care philosophy is rooted in the belief that keen observation, active listening, and hands-on discovery are vital to successful intervention and the return of a patient to their highest level of function. When not at work, Ryan spends most of her time wrangling her two children, working out at Orangetheory, improving her yoga practice, participating in community activism, or having dinner and drinks with her fabulous British husband.
Priyanka Vora, PT, DPT, WCS
Dr. Vora is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and ABPTS board certified Pelvic Health/Women’s Health clinical specialist. She is originally from Boston, MA where she graduated with her doctorate from MGH Institute of Health Professions and completed her residency in Women’s Health PT and Brigham & Women’s Hospital. Priyanka uses evidence-based practice to help patients achieve their rehab goals and improve their quality of life. Her clinical expertise includes treating pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, bowel dysfunction, pre-natal/postpartum care, pelvic pain, dyspareunia, low back/sacroiliac joint pain and other orthopedic conditions for all individuals. Priyanka is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Section for Pelvic Health. She is also an AFAA certified fitness instructor and the founder of a Bollywood fusion dance company in Seattle. In her spare time Priyanka enjoys exploring the beautiful PNW with her husband, traveling, cooking, and being a vegetarian foodie!
